Brazilian Lea campos, first female professional soccer referee in the world,wrestling and boxing referee and journalist,decided to change her life style by studing international cuisine Sweets and Cakes decoration at the Sao Paulo SENAC, and at Belo Horizonte SESC where took courses of frozen food procedures for hors D' ouvres and sweets as well.
Living at the USA took courses of cake decoration and sugar molding with Collete Peters at the Wilton School of Cakes decoration,Woodridge Illinois.
Lea took Wedding Cakes sculpturing courses by Tobo Garret and Scott Wolley in New York.
Sugar Marzipan figures molding has been also part of her diverse skills.
